Birth and Re-Birth.

Hey y’all!!

As I’m sure you all probably have as well, I’ve gone through a lot of personal changes and growing pains this past year. Per usual, I do my best to be as transparent as possible with you guys in documenting my personal and entrepreneurial journey! And let me tell YOU!! It has been ONE HELL OF A YEAR!!

As many of you know from my last blog post, I’m expecting! And as I write this I am 38 weeks.. which means it could literally be any day now! That being said, I have physically HAD TO make some adjustments. I still hand-make all RaJean Beauty products, still make trips to the Post Office near me to drop off packages and I still answer all emails and phone calls personally. But with a new little person is going to come some new responsibilities and I want to make things as fluid for you and I as possible. Bringing value to you all and making your experience with me as simple and intuitive as I can.

I’ve come to accept that I’ve not done as good a job as I would like to keeping engaged with you guys.. and truthfully this company was literally built on my interactions with The People! What I offer is directly tied to what you all have said you need from me! But it can’t stop there.. it’s an ongoing conversation. One need begets another and so forth..

That said, I’ve considered re-branding. But that doesn’t feel like what is necessary. The truth is, all the pieces are already in place! No amount of adjusting the logo or my social media aesthetic will take the place of simply ASKING and supplying what you all need and want..

And then it hit me! We don’t need a rebrand.. we need a REBIRTH! A retracing of our steps back to the very beginning and reimagining the vision for RaJean Beauty. What we stand for, what we offer, what we put out into the world aside from our AMAZING products! What better time to do that than with the coming of a new life into the RaJean Beauty family! ✨🙌🏽🥰

So over the next few months I will be implementing some things that allow us to have a real conversation. Things such as reviews, forums, chats and other channels of communication! I want to hear from you! What else would you like to see from me? What keeps some of you from finalizing that order you started? Or going online in the first place! Is it the $5 shipping cost? Have you been burned by a “local” company before? Or do you simply just like seeing me!? (Thats cool too of course!) But I want to know for sure. I can’t fix what I don’t know is broken!

We obviously cannot turn back time, but starting fresh is always an option! And we are not making any New Year’s resolutions to keep, we are simply rewriting the future and manifesting it. I hope you all will continue with me on this journey as I grow, RaJean Beauty grows and we welcome this enormous little blessing into the world!
